These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, digital downloads, memberships, courses, and related content offered by Lightbringers Press LLC (“Lightbringers Press,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, creating an account, making a purchase, downloading a resource, or otherwise using our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Website Use
Lightbringers Press LLC provides homeschool curriculum, educational resources, digital products, printables, parent guides, student materials, and related website content through lightbringerspress.com and related services.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape large portions of the site, or use the website in any way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity that occurs under your account.
Orders, Payment, and Access
We work hard to describe our products accurately, but descriptions, previews, images, pricing, and availability may change, and errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, discontinue products, or change offerings at any time without prior notice.
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information, and you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
Most of our products are delivered digitally. Access may be provided through download links, customer accounts, email delivery, third-party platforms, or other methods specified at purchase. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your files, maintaining compatible devices and software, and ensuring that your email address and account details are correct.
License and Allowed Use
When you purchase a Lightbringers Press digital product, you are purchasing a limited license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Unless a different license is clearly stated at checkout or in writing, our standard license is a single-household license for use by the original purchaser and their immediate household only.
Under that standard license, you may:
• Download and store purchased files on your personal devices or secure personal cloud storage.
• Print copies for use within your own household.
• Use the materials in your own home education, unless a product states otherwise.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a household license does not extend to co-ops, schools, churches, pods, memberships, or other shared settings.

Restricted Use and Intellectual Property
Unless you receive prior written permission from us, you may not share, forward, upload, distribute, resell, sublicense, translate, adapt, extract, or commercially reuse our materials or substantial portions of them. You may not remove copyright notices, logos, attribution, or proprietary markings, and you may not claim our materials, artwork, layouts, or curriculum content as your own.
All website content and product content created by Lightbringers Press, including curriculum text, lessons, side quests, Boss Fights, journals, printables, design, layout, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Lightbringers Press LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Some content may include third-party elements used under license, and those rights remain with their respective owners where applicable.
Group Use and User Content
Use in co-ops, schools, microschools, churches, tutorials, online classes, memberships, or other group settings requires an appropriate license. A single-household purchase does not authorize multi-family, classroom, or institutional use unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, suggestions, photos, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights. By submitting such content, you grant Lightbringers Press a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and share that content for business purposes, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Educational Nature and Disclaimers
Our curriculum is created from a Christian worldview and is designed to support faith-informed learning. Any spiritual reflections, theological commentary, or worldview applications are offered for educational purposes and are not intended to replace Scripture study, pastoral counsel, or the doctrinal teaching of a family’s church tradition.
Our website and products are intended for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the website or in our resources is intended as legal, medical, mental health, therapeutic, financial, or other professional advice, and no professional-client relationship is created by your use of our materials.
We make every effort to ensure that our materials are thoughtful, helpful, and accurate at the time of publication. However, information, best practices, recommendations, links, and external resources may change over time, and we do not guarantee that all content will remain complete, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lightbringers Press LLC and its owners, authors, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your access to, purchase of, or use of our website, products, or content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Refunds, Privacy, and Legal Terms
Because our products are primarily digital and are generally accessible immediately, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page or in a separate refund policy. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact support@lightbringerspress.com so we can review the issue.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website, your account, or your digital products if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, infringed our intellectual property, engaged in fraud, abused chargeback procedures, or otherwise misused our content or services. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately, and you must cease further unauthorized use of our materials.
